Located on 5th Avenue, this Flatiron tech office space was a sublease that needed a major makeover. Extensive construction was needed to outfit the space with security for our client and ensure that flow and layout were optimal. Since the polished concrete floors could not be updated, we infused the space with lots of pop colors and light woods to create a vibrant, warm and modern feel.
For the many private meeting rooms and communal dining spaces, we designed custom graphics and wallpaper to ensure that each space felt different but worked nicely as a collective. In particular, we love the wallpaper that was designed for the mothers room. We brought in yellow to compliment the softer shades of blue to create a calming oasis and differentiate it from the rest of the office spaces.
