Hello!
I’m so excited to share Season 2 of my podcast with you. I’ve been working on it for the past six months, but instead of rushing it out, I let each episode—and the whole season—unfold slowly and mindfully.
I talk often about this idea of slowing down enough to connect with Being (with a capital B) and, from that all-knowing place, taking action. When I’m able to do this, there’s no pressure or “shoulds.” It just f-l-o-w-s.
Because of that, this season is incredibly diverse—exploring topics I’ve lived, learned, and been deeply curious about. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed creating it.
You can read more about each episode in this month’s blog. Then, have a listen (links below!), let me know what resonates, and if you feel inspired—share it with someone you think might love it too.
Sending you lots of 💛,

Season 2 Is Here: Going Beyond Spaces with Gala
My podcast returns for Season 2 with fresh insights, powerful conversations, and transformative stories—all rooted in the philosophy of holistic interior design. This season dives deep into how our homes can support mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Read on for episode previews and discover how design can be a healing force in our lives.
Episode 1 – Separation, Downsizing + The Joy of Decluttering
Season 2 opens with an intimate look at my personal journey of separation and moving from a four-bedroom house to a one-bedroom apartment. In this episode, I share how decluttering and downsizing became a gateway to clarity, healing, and renewal.
With a focus on holistic interior design, I explore how designing for mind, body, and soul can create powerful shifts in our lives. I discuss how letting go of physical clutter mirrors emotional release, and how intentional design choices lead to greater alignment and peace.
Episode 2 – Interior Design for Healing: Gala & Carmeon Hamilton on Home, Loss, and Renewal
This deeply moving episode features interior designer Carmeon Hamilton, who joins me to talk about navigating grief through design. After the tragic loss of her husband Marcus in 2021, Carmeon transformed her home to support her and her son’s healing process.
Together, we explore the intersection of emotional healing and holistic interior design, discussing how personal spaces can evolve into sanctuaries of resilience. From emotional renovation to intentional styling, this episode is a powerful testament to the healing potential of design rooted in love, authenticity, and purpose.
Episode 3 - Reimagining Home and Self: A Follow Up With My Client Brenda
If you’ve ever felt stuck by clutter or held back by your environment, this episode will resonate. I reconnect with Brenda, a former client, to talk about her emotional and physical transformation after a job loss—and how holistic interior design played a key role in her journey.
By tackling outdated furniture and emotional baggage, Brenda reimagined her home as a space that reflects her evolving identity. This episode offers practical insights on how thoughtful design can support healing, empowerment, and personal growth.
Episode 4 – Does Modern Feng Shui Really Work? With Meena Jagpal-Paré
Feng Shui is often associated with surface-level tips, but there’s a deeper story. I’m joined by classical Feng Shui expert Meena Jagpal-Paré to unpack the differences between modern (BTB) and traditional Feng Shui.
Meena brings a holistic perspective to interior design, blending classical Feng Shui practices with energy clearing rituals rooted in her Indian heritage. Whether you’re curious or skeptical, this episode breaks down how energy, intention, and design align to support wellbeing in your home.
What emotional triggers do clients and designers face during a project? I team up with my best friend and holistic intuitive coach Hasani Reyes to dive into the psychological dynamics of interior design.
This episode highlights how holistic interior design requires emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-awareness. We uncover six common emotional triggers in design projects and offer strategies for both clients and professionals to navigate them with grace.
Each episode in Season 2 underscores how holistic interior design is more than just aesthetic—it’s about creating spaces that nourish your mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re navigating a life change, healing from loss, or simply seeking more peace at home, this podcast will inspire you to see your space through a healing, transformative lens.
