You can say that you read it here first, but we’re anticipating that holistic and wellness destinations WITHOUT Wifi and Starbucks will be the new “IT” trend in travel in future years. And although we haven’t been to this particular one yet, we wanted to put it front and center here: Chablé Resort opened in 2016 in Mexico’s beautiful and exotic Yucatán peninsula. The property is built around a cenote and blends modern spa therapies with holistic Mayan traditions, including a private Temazcal Ceremony. There are four different restaurants on the property, all beautifully designed with antique cement walls, decorative ceramic tiles and lots of foliage. Check out some photos below.
